Payment
A deposit of 25%, if
more than 8 weeks prior to arrival, will secure your booking. The
balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date. Bookings made less than
8 weeks before arrival date are payable in full.
For short stays a deposit equal to the first nights accommodation will
secure your booking.
Insurances
are not
included.
Discounts are available for children on request.
Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard. We also accept PayPal
payments and bank transfers.
Any charges levied by banks, credit card companies (3%) or PayPal (3.9%) will need
to be added to the total.
Check-in/out
On arrival day check-in is from 15:00.
On departure day check-out is up to 11:00.
By prior arrangement it may possible to check in earlier or leave
baggage.
Notification of
cancellation
The cancellation fee shall be calculated in the following way:-
More than 40 days before commencement date of holiday - Deposit.
30 - 39 days before commencement date of holiday - 70% of total price.
15-29 days before commencement date of holiday - 90% of total price.
Less than 14 days before commencement date of holiday - 100% of total
